Dr. Kha Ai Hua

PASSION FOR PREVENTION
Dr. Hua believes preventative oral care is the foundation for good oral health. She takes the time to educate patients about their health, and strives to provide the oral care all patients deserve so they can enjoy their beautiful smiles and most importantly – good food.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Dr. Hua is from Dallas, TX and started her education at the University of Texas at Dallas before moving to dental school at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. There she grew a heart for the Midwest and decided to make it home. After graduation she continued to work in dentistry in Des Moines before joining the team at Mendota Springs.
Home Life
With her free time, Dr. Hua loves being outside at home or abroad with friends and family. She and her boyfriend are always cooking and baking at home with their beagle, Beans, or scoping out the best local restaurants.
Dr. Jiho Kim

& Purpose
Dr. Kim’s favorite part of dentistry is helping his patients achieve their smile goals. From improving oral health to relieving pain, he loves to see the positive impact a beautifully healthy smile can make. He is passionate about providing the best dental care, education, and a compassionate environment for his patients.
Education
& Training
Born and raised in South Korea, Dr. Kim always had an interest in traveling abroad to experience different cultures and healthcare. He graduated from the University of Iowa with both his bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. To stay up to date, he continues his education in implantology and restorative dentistry to provide cutting edge care for his patients.
Home Life
Outside the office, Dr. Kim loves spending time with his wife and their two cats. You can also find him on the tennis courts enjoying a game or two.
Dr. Michelle Shadrick

Passion for People
Dr. Shadrick promotes health and well being to her patients through providing personalized comprehensive care. She loves getting to know each patient and building a deep relationship based on trust. Seeing her patients smile is the best part of her day.
Education
& Training
As a North Central Wisconsin native, Dr. Shadrick graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with her bachelor’s degree in biology. She continued her education at Marquette University where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Home Life
When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Shadrick loves to spend time with friends and family. She also enjoys spending time outdoors traveling, kayaking, hiking, and reading.
